Agreements:
Do you promise to have told us the full truth, and given us any information requested about your dog?
Do you accept responsibility for your dogs behavior while in our care if there has been any information missed out about their behavioral history?
Do you agree to cover any vet bills if your dog intentionally injures another dog whilst in our care?
Do you agree to cover any vet bills from accidental injuries that occur on one of your dogs walks with Phoenix K9 Training?
Do you give us permission to drive your dog to and from the walking location understanding there is always a risk of an accident when driving?
Do you agree to give us 30 days notice if you plan to stop your dogs pack walks permanently at any point?
Are you okay with your dogs walks being covered by one of our other pack walkers if your regular walker is sick, injured or on vacation?
Do you agree to pay your monthly invoice in a timely manner at the end of each month?
Do you understand that if invoices are not paid within 72 hours of being sent and received, there will be a 25% interest fee added to your bill. Our payment system notifies us when an invoice has been delivered and opened.
Do you agree to keep up with any training advice you’ve been given to help your dog behave better on pack walks and in day to day life?
Do you accept full liability for any injuries or deaths that occur while the dog is left home alone in the area you instructed us to leave your dog when we drop them home?
If you give us a key for your home, do you agree to allow us to enter your property when no one is home on the days we are contracted to walk your dog?
Do you accept that there is always a risk associated with any car journey and any dog walk?
