Phoenix K9 Training specializes in Behavior Modification, Detection Training, Puppy Training, Pack Walks, as well as Mentoring up and coming dog trainers all over the world through the PHX K9 Mentorship Program. Here at Phoenix K9 training, we work with all dogs and all behavioral issues.
Scentwork
Phoenix K9 Detection Dogs was designed by head trainer, Ches in 2022 after qualifying as an advanced level scentwork instructor in the UK.

PHX K9 Detection Dogs has four levels; Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite, each including a course that’s run over 6-8 weeks with a trial at the end to test your dogs skill level and see if they’re ready to move onto the next level.
Scentwork is a fun activity for all dogs, there is no age limit or breed restrictions, all dogs can excel at this activity. PHX K9 Detection Dogs is here to give you a chance to see how powerful your dogs noses are, watch them learn how to find the tiniest hidden scents in tricky environments, and then use your dogs new sniffing skills to teach them how to find things like truffles, your keys or your phone!
Private Lessons
1-2-1 Training Sessions are individually tailored to you & your dog.
I run these lessons from the comfort of your home if you are local. If not, I invite you to come to me for a few hours and we can get to work!
There are different options for this type of training;
E-Collar Training
Here at Phoenix K9 Training we support the humane use of tools in dog training. We have spent years learning how to use the Ecollar in the best possible way, and we are very passionate about teaching owners how to use this tool and give their dogs the gift they deserve - SAFE off leash freedom.

Ecollar Training is advised to anyone who wants to make sure their dogs recall is 100% reliable, even around livestock, prey, and other dogs and people.
​
Phoenix K9 Training only offers an extremely thorough, careful approach to Ecollar conditioning and we have had an 100% success rate with all of our client dogs who we have Ecollar Trained. (Close to 500 dogs!)

RESIDENTIAL TRAINING
6 Weeks of intensive training for your dog. Residential training is a full immersion program suitable for all dogs and dog owners who want to achieve the highest standard of training and behavior in their dog! I bring the personality out in your dog and use it to my advantage to get to know them, train them, play with them and teach them new skills. Finishing the program with an in depth handover lesson. This means we can make sure you’re up to speed on how to manage your newly trained dog and to keep moving forward without any regression.

Virtual Lessons
For those of you who live overseas or hours away from me, we can work together virtually via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. I can cover most topics via online lessons, excluding dog or human aggression behaviour modification.

Mentorship Program
The Phoenix K9 Mentorship Program is suited to any aspiring dog trainers, current dog trainers keen to keep learning and developing, dog walkers looking to expand on their skills, and dog owners who are extremely passionate and interested in learning more about their own dogs and dog behaviour. The program is 6 months long, and covers all things dog training, students also get the opportunity to chat with some very well known international guest speakers within the industry throughout the program. The PHX K9 Mentorship Program is a combination of virtual learning and in person training at the Mentorship meet up days. My program is renowned for creating a supportive, family-like environment between the students, most of which become extremely good friends throughout the Mentorship Program.
